Erika Jayne has been branded a ‘singer’ in ex Tom Girardi’s alleged cheating ‘scheme’ in a $50million racketeering lawsuit.
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star, 50, has been named in a new case from Edelson PC, which has accused her of using her public platform to ‘extend’ the company’s alleged scheme by Girardi.
“The victims of Tom’s fraud had to sit and watch Erika spend obscene amounts of money because they had nothing,” Edelson PC’s Jay Edelson told Page Six in a statement.
“This is a giant step toward securing real accountability for what was the largest criminal racketeering enterprise in plaintiffs’ legal history.” It’s time for her to stop the lies and start taking responsibility.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday – which were filed in US District Court – the reality star allegedly covered up the truth about her ex-husband’s alleged misconduct throughout their marriage.

The filing, which was part of the ongoing Lion Air Flight JT 610 Crash case, lists nine different complaints against the defendants, including racketeering, receipt of stolen property, aiding and abetting in concealment of stolen property, illegal business practice and Consumer Legal Remedies and Deception Act.
“Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and support a lifestyle made for reality TV,” the docs claimed.
“While the layers have been stripped away more and more each day with the impending bankruptcies of Girardi Keese and Tom, and the torrent of claims and inquiries that have followed the company’s collapse, the real story is the one that sounds like a tale from a John Grisham novel: Girardi Keese was little more than a criminal enterprise, disguised as a law firm,” the lawsuit further alleged.

The paperwork also accused Jayne of ‘flaunting’ her wealth and ‘acting as the ‘main famer’ of the operation, selling to the world (including unsuspecting customers) that Girardi Keese had managed’ .
“Indeed, the Girardi Keese firm operated what we now know to be the largest criminal racketeering enterprise in the plaintiffs’ legal history. In total, he stole more than $100 million from clients, co-lawyers, vendors and many others unfortunate enough to do business with the firm,” the docs further claim.
“To this day, Erika uses her significant public platform to lie about her own involvement and to try to help Tom and the others off the hook.”

Jayne, for her part, has previously maintained her innocence both on and off camera — and while filming “RHOBH.”
“I feel bad. That’s not who I am,” she said during the Season 11 reunion in October 2021. “And I hope that’s not who he is. …J ‘hope that [Tom] did not do what is alleged here.
Representatives for Jayne did not immediately respond to Page Six’s latest request for comment.
